The process

Three things from you. The rest is ours.

No calls to schedule, no account access to grant, and no software to learn. A link, a short form, and a report back within 48 hours.

  1. 1

    Purchase your audit

You receive the intake form immediately after checkout. Nothing else is needed to get started.

  2. 2

Complete the intake — about five minutes

Your listing link, the basics about the property, who you most want to book it, what makes it special, and what you already suspect could be better.

  3. 3

    We review the listing

As it stands: the photographs and their order, the amenity setup, the house rules and structured fields, and everything you told us. If something cannot be verified, we email and ask rather than guess.

  4. 4

Your report arrives within 48 hours

A PDF of around 26 pages, opening with a one-page dashboard: your score, and the five things to change first with a time and cost for each.

  5. 5

    You implement

The first five changes take about an hour and most are free. Titles, description, captions, social posts and prompts are all written out. Paste them in.

  6. 6

    One revision, for seven days

Factual corrections, wording adjustments, or a recommendation explained further. Just reply to the delivery email.

The 48 hours

Why the clock starts at intake, not payment.

The report is property-specific. Without the listing URL and your intake answers there is nothing to audit, so a clock that started at payment would be a promise about work that could not have begun.

Starting at intake is both honest and in your interest: it means the 48 hours is 48 hours of actual work, and you decide when it starts. Most people send the form within the hour and have the report the next day.

Two mugs of coffee, a croissant and a bowl of blueberries on a teak balcony table, with the Gulf and a white-sand beach beyond.

The intake form

About five minutes, and it is the whole brief.

The more specific you are, the more specific your report will be. If you do not know an answer, write “unknown” rather than guessing. A guess here becomes a mistake in the report.

  1. 01

    Contact

    Your name and email.

  2. 02

    The property

Listing URL, property name, city, region, bedrooms, bathrooms and maximum guests.

  3. 03

    Target guest

Who you most want to book it — couples, families, friend groups, remote workers, pet travellers, and so on.

  4. 04

    Primary goal

Up to three things you most want out of the audit, from improving presentation to refreshing an outdated listing.

  5. 05

    What makes it special

Three to five concrete things. “Big backyard” is useful. “Great place” is not.

  6. 06

    What is holding it back

Anything you have wondered about, been told, or suspected.

  7. 07

    Recurring questions

Parking, beds, stairs, pets, air conditioning — anything that keeps coming up before a booking. Optional.

  8. 08

Details that may not be obvious

Bed configuration, parking, accessibility, pets, pool or hot tub, view, laundry, water access. Optional.

  9. 09

    Social and direct booking

Used for the social posts in your report. Optional.

The form closes with three confirmations: that the information you have supplied is accurate, that these recommendations do not guarantee bookings, occupancy, revenue or search ranking, and that you are responsible for reviewing every factual detail before publishing any change to your live listing.

After delivery

What you do with it.

Start with the dashboard

Page two is a single page: your score, and the five things to change first with an impact level, a time estimate and a cost against each. You can act on it before reading anything else.

Paste in the copy

Titles, description, captions, social posts and the AI prompts are all written out in full. The first five changes take about an hour and most of them are free.

Use the revision

One request within 7 days — factual corrections, wording adjustments, or a recommendation explained further. Just reply to the delivery email.
